Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused copper mugs in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent any dents or scratches during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
